They took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle's performance which was a nice change from other places I've been to. The mechanic explained what was wrong in simple terms and provided a detailed quote before starting any work, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and they even washed my car before returning it! While the service was exceptional, I did notice that the waiting area could use a bit of updating, as it felt a bit cramped and outdated.
